Charlotte Bobcats assistant coach John-Blair Bickerstaff has been suspended by the NBA without pay for two games for driving while impaired, in violation of the law of the State of North Carolina.

Bickerstaff will miss the Bobcats upcoming home games versus the Seattle SuperSonics (11/10) and Denver Nuggets (11/12).

John-Blair is the son of Bernie Bickerstaff, who serves the dual role of Bobcats coach and general manager.
