Nuggets add 40 courtside seats to Pepsi Center

The Denver Nuggets today announced the addition of 40 courtside seats at Pepsi Center, the first time in team history additional center court seating has been available.
“The Nuggets have made the playoffs three consecutive seasons and demand for premium seating has increased with the team’s success,” Kroenke Sports executive vice president Paul Andrews said. “This is a unique opportunity to meet that demand with some of the best seats at Pepsi Center.”
The seats will be located in a second courtside row, running between the free-throw lines directly in front of sections 124 and 126 at Pepsi Center. Amenities will include in-seat food and beverage service as well as other season ticket holder benefits.
The 40 new seats will be priced at $385 per game, among the lowest courtside prices in the NBA. The Nuggets’ existing courtside seats are priced very competitively to the other NBA teams that have reported their courtside pricing for the 2006-07 season, making these seats a great value for the dollar.
“There is no sports experience for client entertainment or the passionate fan that can compare to courtside for an NBA game,” Andrews said.
Andrews expects the new seating to sell out. “More than half of the new seats have already been sold based on previous inquiries,” he said. “There’s a certain segment of dedicated fans who want the up-close type of experience that these seats offer.”
