Knicks Summer Basketball Camp
By InsideHoops.com | May 15, 2006
The fine tradition of Knicks summer basketball camps continues for the 15th straight year with yet another star-filled roster of talent on hand.
Attending Knicks summer camp gives players a chance to improve their basketball skills while learning from some of the best players and coaches around. This year's camp should include current NBA league MVP Steve Nash of the Phoenix Suns, as well as former and current members of the New York Knicks.
Some current and fairly recent stars involved at the camp include Stephon Marbury, Allan Houston, Channing Frye, John Starks, Mark and Charlie Ward.
Older NBA legends helping out in past camps include Dwayne "Pearl" Washington, Dolph Schayes, Cal Ramsey and Michael Ray Richardson.
In the summer of 2005, the Knicks summer camp featured Nash, Rafer Alston, Troy Murphy, some famous streetballers, and others with plenty of great skills to teach.
