Webber on the Golden State Warriors guard tandem of Stephen Curry and Monta Ellis: “(Curry and Ellis) are the reasons that this team is second in the league in fast break points. They don’t run as much but still they are second in fast break points. These two guys are great together. Webber on playing with bad teams: “Guys that are playing on bad teams and getting the playing time, they need to treat it the same way because their time is going to come. Are you going to be ready? Are you going to be able to fit in? When you’ve won those guys trust, you’ve won it forever.”

Webber on the Mavericks: “This team has stuck together. They have gotten better defensively. It just shows that they trust each other more. We always knew Dirk (Nowitzki) was one of the best scorers to ever put on a pair of shoes and Jason Kidd is one of the best point guards. They didn’t get bad offensively so you still fear them as a team.”
